TINTED PLATES ARE NOT ROAD LEGAL – THEY SHOULD NOT BE USED ON UK PUBLIC ROADS AND ARE FOR SHOW USE ONLY! WE ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LEGAL IMPLICATIONS DUE TO PUBLIC ROAD USE.

If you require the showplate to contain a registration number then we will need the below documents and ID. If the plate you require does not contain a reg number, for instance “@PL8WORX” then we would not require documents and ID.

For us to produce any plates we need to see one of the following:  logbook(v5c) / retention certificate(v778) / tax reminder (v11) /new keepers slip (v5c/2) / Certificate of entitlement (v750) / DVLA Receipt with official DVLA stamp (v750) .

We will also need to see some ID. Proof of ID can be one of the following: drivers license or passport etc. We are required by the DVLA to keep records for 3 years of all plates made. WE WILL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES PRODUCE PLATES WITHOUT DOCUMENTATION AND ID, SO PLEASE DON’T ASK….EVEN IF YOUR PLATES ARE SHOWPLATES WE STILL NEED DOCUMENTATION AND ID.

Under no circumstances will any plate be produced without the correct documentation….this applies to road legal plates and showplates (or at least show plates that display a registration mark)

ALL PLATES ARE SUPPLIED WITH 5x DOUBLE SIDED ADHESIVE PADS PER PLATE FOR FIXING.
